DVSA Approved Driving Instructor
Matt has a background in the emergency services where he gained multiple driving qualifications in addition to completing additional license categories. This has provided a wealth of knowledge not just around driving but also teaching after years of tutoring those new to the services and helping those with additional needs.
Outside of instructing Matt enjoys riding motorbikes both on the road and on track and is keen to continue to develop himself through further teaching and driving qualifications.
Being from Barnsley himself Matt has an excellent knowledge of the local area and the surrounding areas which is vital in being able to provide tailored lessons to meet your individual needs.

I started Matt's Driving School with one simple goal: to provide driving lessons that are relaxed, enjoyable and genuinely focused on helping learners succeed.
Unlike larger national companies, you'll deal directly with me from your first enquiry through to the day you pass your test.
